A Video Production Consult is a meeting between a member of the Communications team and the video requester for the purpose of talking through the video project.

Do I need to bring ideas to the Video Production Consult?
This is not required, but you are more than welcome to bring ideas!
Who should be at a Video Production Consult?
You should invite anyone you feel is necessary for input on the project. This could include staff members or key volunteers.
For campus-specific videos, the comms team will include the regional Video Producer and Account Manager.
For mission/vision videos, the comms team will include the assigned Video Producer and the Editorial Manager.
