When it comes to collecting data from users (i.e. registrations or volunteers), you have two options for online forms.
Ministry Platform – Preferred
Ministry Platform is our church management software. It captures all of the entries in our system, which means the data is not being handled by a third party. Also, it matches the custom form response to the person’s contact record.

Microsoft Forms
Microsoft Forms comes as part of your Office 365 account. The only caveat with Microsoft Forms is that the forms are tied to your username. So, if you create forms, use them, and then leave, you’ll need to make sure that you export your data, so the church is not left stranded.
If you need to use a third-party tool to collect data from users that is not one of the aforementioned tools, contact the Communications Director and the Church Database Administrator.
